Selling Tips and Advice
Knowing how to sell is an important part of growing your craft business.
You may be lucky and have customers queuing up eager to buy from you - but if you're not, then knowing a few sales skills will be extremely useful. Selling skills are particularly useful if you sell face to face, through craft fairs or stores. Even if you sell online you need to be aware of some of the basic fundamentals of selling (see Selling Online for more information).
The selling side of our business is something that many crafts people are uncomfortable with and enjoy the least. Being familiar with the basics, however, will help to give you confidence.
